Terms and Conditions for the FBHP Long Hot Summer photo competition

1. The organiser of this competition is The Friends of Home & Bushy Parks (see Contacts section of the website for details) referred to here as FBHP.
2. Closing date for entries is 12 noon on 15 May 2010.
3. The competition is open to all individuals.
4. Entry is free.
5. Entries MUST be submitted in the format described in the "how to enter" section and MUST include the entrant’s name and age (if under 16 years), e-mail address, postal address, photo caption and photo description.
6. By entering, all entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. FBHP reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants. FBHP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on the Website.
7. Prizes will be awarded at the sole discretion of the FBHP webmaster and the FBHP chair. The judges’ decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
9. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
10. FBHP will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the competition.
11. By entering, all entrants agree to allow the use free of charge of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes, for publication on the FBHP website and for publication in printed formats by FBHP. All photographs will be credited.
12. Personal data received by FBHP in the course of the competition will be held securely and will not be shared with third parties. Winners' names may be published on the website.
